Hey all! Check this out! I\'ve got my own online journal now! It\'s located at: http://premium.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=Leafsdude. Be sure to leave me a comment!
As for the the profile. I\'m a male Canadian located just outside Toronto. The pen name comes from my love for the Toronto Maple Leafs (and hockey in general, for that matter).
Next, I\'m a huge Buffy: The Vampire Slayer fanatic (or more accurately, a W/T fan). Most of my stories, when I finally finish/post them, will revolve around them (with Tara ALIVE!). It would appear that my angst writing is a bit better than I thought, but it\'s still not tissue worthy. Perhaps it\'s the amount of humour I have. Along with that, I\'ll always have something of a romantic variety in the story (hopeless romantic here!). All my stories will have twists and what-not (if I do my job right), but all the scoobies will remain alive and human (or, in the case of Angel, as alive and human as possible) in all my stories, even if they change during them in one way or another. The fun part will be getting them there and back.

I\'m a proud Canadian, so anything that\'s remotely good when it comes to TV, music or movies that is Canadian, I love.
For music, I\'ll listen to almost anything but Rap and flat-out country (I\'ll listen to stuff like LeAnn Rhymes and the like, but no Garth Brooks for me!). My John Mayer and Evanescense drive has died down, and Collective Soul and (SHOCK!) Amanda Marshall are now the most popular groups in my playlists. My favourite group is the Barenaked Ladies, with the Beatles coming in second.
For TV, I\'d go with Royal Canadian Air Farce, The New Red Green Show and Open Mike with Mike Bullard as my 3 favourites, but I\'ll also watch The Simpsons, Sir Author Conen Doyle\'s The Lost World and Robot Wars on free time. Plus, I\'ve now gotten into Eliza Dushku\'s (Faith in BTVS) new series, Tru Calling. It\'s pretty good, I think.
(Quick break here to let you rest your eyes, and curse me for my long profiles, and for me to ask \"Is there a length limit to these things???\")
My favourite movies would probably have to be the Blues Brothers, Slap Shot and all of the Austin Powers movies.
Started Fanfictions that are currently being worked on:
Buffy: The Vampire Slayer - My Way!
Starting from the very beginning, I am going to re-do the whole thing. There will also be a number of notable differences. For example, Buffy will have an older sister when she first comes to Sunnydale, and it will NOT be Dawn. A lot of the story will follow the original plot line, at least to start, but hopefully after a little while, it will branch out all onto it\'s own. W/T will hold for most, if not all of this story, and the others will fluctuate with different pairings (of note, B/A and X/C will happen...not sure yet about any others, or how long those 2 will last). This will be my \"Big Daddy\" of stories. Chapter 4 posted! Release date of chapter 5 is up in the air.
Flashback
Yet another \'what if\' story (I have a lot of them). In this one, Willow, as of \'Conversations With Dead People (CWDP)\', decides that she can no longer go on. However, being on a Hellmouth, she knows that she can do something good while still stop \'exsisting\'. So, after consulting some magic books, she goes back in time to the end of \'All The Way\', armed with a spell that will change the future for, in her hopes, the better. This will probably be my most angst-filled and depressing fic, but, as always, W/T will come out in the end, and everyone will be alive at the end. Also to note, I\'m planning on taking this story to the series finale, so there will be up to 25 chapters.
These are my fan fiction ideas at the moment (Titles temporary):
Wishful Thinking
Another \'what if\'. This one involves the heavily used plot-line \'Willow wishes, Anya grants, Tara returns\'. However, this one has a different twist. In this one, Willow wishes that she and Tara never met. As her wish is granted, she is sent back into the beginning of \'Hush\', with no memories of what happened. Of course, Tara is nowhere to be seen, but how long can two fated souls stay apart? Probably won\'t start this one for a while.
Title Undecided (Was known as \"What is a Crush? What is Love?\"
Guess what? It\'s a \'what if\' story. This one goes back to \'When She Was Bad (WSWB)\', though it doesn\'t stay there long. Basically, it sits around a \'what if Xander and Willow did kiss while walking at the beginning of WSWB\'? Will have a lot of X/W (The only M/F pair involving Willow I really ever liked), but will end W/T.
Slapshot - Buffy Style!
What if Buffy and the gang were zapped into the world of Slapshot, where every day brought a new hockey game, and a new set of teeth? My first flat-out humour fic. Still W/T. This fic is now on hold, as I\'ve found myself at a loss as to how to finish it. It\'ll get done at sometime, though, don\'t worry!
Also, look for song fics and other little stories to pop up in between stories. I will not work on anything but long fics while I\'m in the middle of one.
That\'s about everything at the moment.
