I've been a long-time science fiction and fantasy fan (both written and visual) but never felt compelled to write my own fanfic until I started watching Buffy. Even then, my interest was more in Willow, the Jewish computer nerd I could identify with, than the Valley Girl style Buffy. I probably write the most Jewish Willow on the web. I bet you no one else has a Willow story about the Ninth of Av, for example
